The Nebraska Shooters Training Academy is unique in its versatile design which allows a wide range of training opportunities that cannot be accommodated at most public ranges. We strive to create a comfortable and safe environment which is conducive to develop the knowledge, skills and attitude to safely perform the skills required for anything from basic firearm to more advanced tactical training. We are not a public range and we do not sell firearms.

Nebraska Concealed Handgun Training
All of our certified instructors teach from the Nebraska Shooters approved lesson plan which has been refined through hundreds of classes to make it easy to understand and very informative. We are certain that a new shooter can keep up and the veteran shooters will learn some valuable information as well. Our classes are guaranteed to fulfill all of the requirements set forth by the Nebraska State Patrol. Our Nebraska Concealed Handgun course also meets the training requirements for the Florida, Arizona, and the Iowa and Colorado resident permit. We also offer the option to add the Minnesota Carry Permit Non-Resident training at the end of most of our classes.

NRA Student & Instructor Courses
We offer all of the NRA courses including Basic Pistol, Personal Protection in the Home, Personal Protection Outside the Home, Defensive Pistol, Basic Shotgun, Basic Rifle, Muzzleloader Rifle/Pistol, Range Safety Officer, and Refuse to be a Victim. We even offer the NRA Pistol Instructor course required to become a Nebraska Concealed Handgun instructor.

Cowboy Action Shooting
We are proud to be the new host to the Lancaster County Bounty Collection Agency who will be holding their monthly matches on the second Saturday morning from April to October. Come join the fun as a shooter or a spectator!

In September 2023 Nebraska became a Constitutional Carry State and a CHP is not be required for carrying concealed within the state. In order to cater to the needs of our community, we have developed a modular program that allows you to choose which parts of the education you want. This allows you to mix and match the modules and if you decide to get a permit, you can merely pick up the missing module.

We also offer a free refresher concealed carry course for anyone holding a valid Nebraska concealed carry permit.
